ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at two different methods—Floss band application and Mulligan mobilization—to see how they affect ankle movement, jumping ability, walking, and balance in healthy young adults who are physically active. The goal is to find out which method works better for improving these physical abilities.
To join the study, participants need to be between 18 and 24 years old, be in good health without any known diseases, and have a body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 29.9, which means they should be within a healthy weight range. People who have had injuries or health conditions affecting their heart, joints, skin, or nerves in the last six months won’t be eligible. If you participate, you will likely take part in some exercises and assessments to measure how well each method improves your physical performance. This study is currently recruiting participants, and it’s a great opportunity to contribute to research that could help improve movement techniques for everyone!
