ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking to see how a new teaching method, called the flipped learning model, can help nursing students learn better about examining the thorax (chest) and heart. In this study, second-year nursing students from a university in Turkey will be divided into two groups: one group will learn using the flipped learning model, which encourages students to study at home and then practice in class, while the other group will receive traditional teaching methods. The goal is to find out if this new approach improves their knowledge and self-learning skills regarding these important examinations.

To be part of this study, students need to be in their second year of nursing, willing to volunteer, and have access to the internet along with a smartphone or computer. They will not be eligible if they have already studied health-related subjects or taken a physical examination course before. The study is currently not recruiting participants, but once it starts, students can expect to take part in assessments that measure their knowledge and learning skills. The researchers will analyze the results to see how effective the flipped learning model is compared to traditional methods.
