ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how live, one-on-one exercise coaching and a personalized digital app can help cancer survivors manage their healthcare costs. The trial is specifically looking at survivors of breast, lung, prostate, colorectal, and other types of cancer who have completed treatment within the last year. It aims to understand if these supportive tools can make a difference in their recovery and overall expenses related to their care.
To participate, individuals need to be between the ages of 21 and 64, have had any type of cancer treatment in the past year, and have access to a smartphone or tablet. However, those who have recently had surgery or are not cleared by their doctors to exercise are not eligible. Participants can expect to engage in tailored exercise sessions and use a digital app designed to support their health journey over 18 months. This study is currently recruiting participants and hopes to provide valuable insights into improving the quality of life and reducing costs for cancer survivors.
