ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how classical futsal training affects the physical fitness of amateur futsal players. The researchers want to find out if an 8-week training program can improve players' fitness levels. Participants will be evaluated before starting the training and again after 8 weeks to see any changes in their physical fitness.
To be eligible for this study, players need to be between 18 and 25 years old and currently play for the Istanbul Medipol University futsal team. They should be training at least two days a week or playing one game each week. However, those who have had any lower leg injuries or surgeries in the past six months, or those who have not fully recovered from an injury, won't be able to participate. If you join the study, you can expect to engage in regular futsal training and will have assessments to track your progress before and after the training period.
