ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, called the M-Well Inpatient Whole Health Bundle, is looking to find out how satisfied patients are with their hospital experience. It will take place at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System. Patients who are hospitalized on certain medical units will have the chance to participate in a special program designed to improve their overall well-being and satisfaction with their care. After they leave the hospital, participants will receive a survey in the mail to share their thoughts about their experience and the program. The researchers will also conduct interviews to better understand what worked well and what challenges patients faced during their stay.
To be eligible for this study, participants must be adults who are currently hospitalized on medical or medical/surgical units. Unfortunately, patients who cannot speak English or those with cognitive impairments cannot participate. This study aims to gather valuable feedback that can help enhance patient care in the hospital setting.
