ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to help detect adenoma colon polyps during colonoscopy procedures. Colon polyps are growths on the lining of the colon that can sometimes lead to cancer, so finding and removing them is very important. The researchers want to see if using AI can improve the rate at which these polyps are detected compared to traditional methods. This study will take place in multiple centers and is designed to gather real-world data about how effective AI can be in enhancing the quality of colonoscopies.

To participate, you must be over 50 years old and need a diagnostic or screening colonoscopy. You'll need to voluntarily agree to join the study and follow the procedures. However, certain individuals, such as those with specific medical conditions or those already involved in other clinical trials, may not be eligible. If you join, you can expect to undergo a standard colonoscopy while the research team collects information on how well the AI system works in detecting polyps. This trial is currently looking for participants, and your involvement could help improve colon cancer screening methods in the future.
