ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the effects of aerobic exercise combined with pelvic floor muscle training on women who are dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD) after treatment for gynecological cancer. PFD can include issues like pelvic pain, difficulty with sexual intercourse, and problems with bladder control, which may arise from cancer treatments. The goal is to find out if adding aerobic exercise to standard pelvic floor training can help improve symptoms, strength, quality of life, and overall well-being in these women.
To participate in the study, women must be over 18 years old, have experienced at least one symptom of pelvic floor dysfunction due to their cancer treatment, and have completed their cancer treatments for at least 12 months. The researchers will evaluate participants using various questionnaires and tests to assess their symptoms and overall health. This trial is currently not recruiting participants, but it aims to help improve the quality of life for women affected by gynecological cancer and related issues.
