ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how stress management training can help nurses feel less stressed and better manage their workload. The researchers want to see if this training can make a difference in how nurses perceive their job stress and workload. They are looking for 56 nurses to take part, with half receiving the stress management training and the other half not receiving any training during the study.
To join the study, participants must be currently working as nurses, not have any serious health issues that could prevent them from participating, and should not have any hearing or vision problems. Before and after the training, the nurses will answer questions to help measure the impact of the training. This study aims to improve the working environment for nurses by helping them manage stress better, which is important for both their well-being and the quality of care they provide to patients.
