ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how two different types of treatment can help people with shoulder impingement syndrome, a condition that causes pain and difficulty moving the shoulder. The study is comparing a specific exercise program called "Thrower's Ten" with regular physical therapy to see which one works better in reducing pain, improving movement, and helping people get back to their daily activities.
To be eligible for this trial, participants should be between 18 and 35 years old, and they need to have experienced shoulder or neck pain in the last six months, along with certain signs that indicate shoulder impingement. However, people who have had shoulder surgery, fractures, certain neurological disorders, or specific arthritis conditions are not able to participate. If you join the trial, you can expect to receive either the Thrower's Ten program or standard physical therapy, and both groups will be monitored to see how their symptoms improve over time. This study is currently recruiting participants, so if you think you might qualify, it could be a great opportunity to help yourself and others with shoulder pain.
