ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at ways to help childhood cancer survivors stay active by adapting exercise videos specifically for them. The study is based on feedback from these survivors to make sure the exercise program meets their needs and encourages them to participate. The goal is to create a remote exercise program that can be easily accessed at home, which is important for those who may find it difficult to go to a gym or exercise in a group.
To be eligible for this study, participants must be between 18 and 39 years old and part of the St. Jude Lifetime Cohort, which focuses on the long-term health of childhood cancer survivors. They should also be considered low active, meaning they have not engaged in physical activity for at least 30 minutes on two or more days a week over the last six months. Participants will need to have internet access and be able to provide consent. The study is currently recruiting participants, and those who join can expect to help shape an exercise program that could benefit many others like them.
