ClinConnect Summary
The Driver Education Research Study is looking at how different types of driver training can help young, new drivers stay safe on the road and reduce their chances of getting into accidents right after they get their licenses. If you're a teenager aged 16 to 17 living in Pennsylvania and have a learner's permit but haven't had much driving practice yet, you might be eligible to participate. You’ll need to be planning to get your license within the next year and have access to a vehicle after you get your license.
If you join the study, you may take part in various training programs, including behind-the-wheel practice or online courses focused on vehicle and driver safety. You will need a smartphone, tablet, or computer to access certain apps and training materials. The study is currently recruiting participants, so if this sounds like something you're interested in, it could be a great opportunity to improve your driving skills and help make the roads safer for everyone.
