ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how a special follow-up program for nutrition can help children who are discharged from the hospital after receiving nutritional support. The researchers want to find out if this tailored care helps improve the child's eating habits, nutritional health, and overall quality of life. They will also explore how this program affects the well-being of parents, including their stress and anxiety levels.
To participate in this study, children must be between the ages of 0 and 18, have received nutritional support during their hospital stay, and continue to need this support at home after discharge. However, children who already had nutritional support before being admitted to the hospital or have certain feeding disorders will not be eligible. Participants can expect to receive personalized nutritional guidance and support after leaving the hospital, which may help improve both their health and their family's overall experience.
