ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on helping people with obesity improve their mental health and develop healthier eating habits through a special psychological program called well-being therapy (WBT). The goal is to see how effective this therapy can be in promoting weight loss and supporting better overall mental well-being. The study is currently looking for participants aged 18 and older, with a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or higher, who can use a computer independently and agree to take part in the research.
If you decide to join the study, you will engage in sessions that aim to improve your mental health and encourage sustainable weight loss. However, there are some important criteria to keep in mind before participating. For instance, you should not have any serious mental health issues, like substance abuse or certain psychiatric disorders, and you should not be involved in any other weight loss programs at the same time. This research could offer you a supportive environment to work on your health while contributing to valuable knowledge that may help others in the future.
