ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring how a virtual reality (VR) exercise program can help people become more active and improve their overall well-being. By using fun and interactive VR games, the study aims to see if participants will enjoy exercising more and, as a result, engage in physical activity more regularly. The trial is looking for adults aged 18 to 62 who are interested in trying out this new way of exercising. However, some people may not be eligible to participate, such as those who have been advised by a doctor to avoid physical activity, have certain medical conditions, or are currently experiencing infections.
Participants in this study can expect to follow a structured exercise program using VR, where they will track their physical activity, health, and mental well-being throughout the trial. The researchers hope that this innovative approach will lead to positive changes in how people feel and how active they are in their daily lives. If you think this sounds interesting and you meet the eligibility criteria, consider joining the study to see how VR exercise could benefit you!
