ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying the effects of a special training program called FMS functional movement training on body posture control in female college aerobics athletes. The trial will involve 40 athletes who will be divided into two groups: one group will continue with traditional physical training methods, while the other group will participate in the new functional movement training program for 12 weeks. Each training session will last about 40 minutes, and the researchers will measure how well the athletes' posture and performance improve before and after the training.

To participate in this study, you must be a female college aerobics athlete aged between 18 and 25 who can follow the study rules and give consent. You should also have a stable training schedule for the summer and not have any serious health issues. However, if you have had a recent sports injury, you won't be able to join. If you decide to participate, you will be contributing to important research that could help improve training methods for athletes in the future!
