ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at two different treatments for people with chronic low back pain: kinesiotape application and foam roller exercises. Kinesiotape is a stretchy tape that is applied to the skin to support muscles and joints, while foam rolling is a way to massage and stretch muscles using a foam cylinder. The goal of the study is to see which method works better in helping relieve low back pain.
To participate in this trial, you must be between 18 and 60 years old and have chronic low back pain. It's important that you can communicate clearly and do not have any cognitive impairments. If you have any serious medical conditions that prevent you from exercising, have had previous spinal surgery, or are allergic to kinesiotape, you won't be able to join. If you decide to participate, you can expect to receive either kinesiotape or foam roller exercises as part of the study to help improve your back pain. The trial is currently recruiting participants, so it's a great opportunity to explore new treatment options.
