The study will not include any intervention program. Volleyball players who are volleyball players in their school team and volleyball players who apply to the Sports Medicine Polyclinic with a general health examination or lower extremity injury complaint will be invited to the study. Volleyball players between the ages of 18-30, who meet the inclusion criteria and consent to participate will be included in the study. Eligibility criteria
- Inclusion Criteria:
- • Being between 18-30 years old
- • Being a sub-elite level volleyball player (school team / student athlete)
- • Regular volleyball training (at least once a week)
- • No history of upper extremity injury in the last 1 year
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • Having undergone a surgery involving the upper extremity
- • Any orthopedic problems that may affect the assessments
- • Not giving consent to participate in the study
