The study will not include any intervention program. Volleyball players who are volleyball players in their school team and volleyball players who apply to the Sports Medicine Polyclinic with a general health examination or lower extremity injury complaint will be invited to the study. Volleyball players between the ages of 18-30, who meet the inclusion criteria and consent to participate will be included in the study. At the beginning, the participants will be informed and if they volunteer, they will sign an informed consent form. The demographic data of the participants will be filled in...

Eligibility criteria

  • Inclusion Criteria:
  • • Being between 18-30 years old
  • • Being a sub-elite level volleyball player (school team / student athlete)
  • • Regular volleyball training (at least once a week)
  • • No history of upper extremity injury in the last 1 year
  • Exclusion Criteria:
  • • Having undergone a surgery involving the upper extremity
  • • Any orthopedic problems that may affect the assessments
  • • Not giving consent to participate in the study
