ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how equanimity (a calm and balanced state of mind), mindfulness (being present and aware), and self-compassion (being kind to oneself) affect mental health. Researchers want to understand how these qualities relate to mental health outcomes, and they will also test new ways to measure these traits in people living in Hong Kong.
If you're at least 18 years old, can read and type in Chinese, and have access to online surveys, you might be eligible to participate. There are no specific exclusions, so anyone who meets these criteria can join. As a participant, you will complete online surveys that will help researchers gather important information. Your involvement could contribute to a better understanding of how these positive qualities can support mental well-being.
