• Inclusion Criteria:
• • • All registered diabetic patients receiving care at affiliated healthcare centres of Bangladesh Diabetic Associations.
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • Unwilling to participate in the study.
• • Presence of AKI or acute illness
• • Presence of Known kidney disease due to other cause.
• • Pregnancy
