ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying a program called LifeHack, which aims to improve the mental wellbeing of university students by helping them build resilience and life skills. Many students experience issues like depression, anxiety, and stress, which can impact their overall health and happiness. LifeHack is part of a larger project called Caring Universities, which involves nine universities in the Netherlands and offers online tools to support students' mental health. The trial will evaluate a personalized version of LifeHack to see if it can effectively enhance mental wellbeing and related outcomes for students.

To participate in this trial, you must be a student at one of the nine participating universities, be at least 16 years old, and be fluent in Dutch or English. You’ll need access to a computer or mobile device with the internet, and you should be willing to provide consent to join the study. If you currently have a score indicating lower mental wellbeing, you may be eligible to participate. As a participant, you can expect to engage with the LifeHack program and share your experiences to help researchers understand its effectiveness. This study is currently looking for participants, so if you're interested, it could be a great opportunity to improve your mental health while contributing to important research.
