ClinConnect Summary

The Acute Right Ventricular Infarction Registry is a clinical trial that aims to understand how patients with certain heart conditions, specifically those experiencing a type of heart attack involving the right side of the heart, are treated and how they recover. Researchers want to learn more about how these patients present their symptoms, how they are managed in the hospital, and what kind of outcomes they experience both during their hospital stay and up to 30 days after being discharged. This information will help improve care for patients with similar heart issues in the future.

To be eligible for this study, participants need to be at least 18 years old and have had a heart attack affecting the lower part of the heart (known as the inferior wall) with or without right ventricular involvement. Both men and women can participate, but they must agree to join the study willingly. If you choose to be part of this trial, you will be closely monitored by healthcare professionals, and your experiences will contribute to a better understanding of treatment options for heart attacks involving the right side of the heart.
