ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is designed to study how Tan Tui exercises can affect the strength and performance of football players. Tan Tui is a type of exercise that combines physical activity with mental focus, which may help players improve their skills, prevent injuries, and enhance their overall well-being both in sports and daily life. While there is not much research on Tan Tui specifically for football players, this trial aims to gather more information on its benefits.
To participate in this trial, you need to be a male football player aged between 18 and 35 years, and you should have been part of a football academy for at least one year. To qualify, your body mass index (BMI) should be between 19 and 29, which is a measure of healthy weight. However, if you have had certain health issues, like surgeries, fractures, or knee injuries, you may not be eligible to join. If you decide to participate, you can expect to engage in the Tan Tui exercises and help researchers learn more about their effects on performance in football.
