ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at two different methods to correct ear deformities in newborns. Researchers want to see if a custom-made device created by doctors at Caen University Hospital works just as well as a well-known device called EarWell™. The goal is to ensure that babies with ear malformations receive effective treatment to improve their ear shape.
To be eligible for this trial, babies need to be between 8 days and 1 month old and have an ear malformation. Unfortunately, newborns with severe ear issues or certain syndromes, as well as those older than 4 weeks, cannot participate. If your baby is eligible and you choose to take part, you will be helping researchers gather important information that could benefit other children with similar conditions in the future. The trial is currently looking for participants, and all families are welcome to join, regardless of gender.
