ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the effectiveness of a treatment called the Unified Protocol (UP) for emotional disorders like anxiety and depression among university students in Spain. The researchers want to see how well this treatment works in two different formats: one where students meet online in a group and another that combines online learning with some in-person sessions. The goal is to find out which format is more useful and acceptable for students dealing with these issues.
To participate in the study, you need to be a student at the University of Cordoba, at least 18 years old, and have a diagnosis of anxiety or mood disorder. You should also be fluent in Spanish and have access to a device with internet, like a computer or smartphone. If you meet these criteria and choose to take part, you will be involved in treatment sessions designed to help you manage your emotions better. It’s important to note that participants who have certain severe mental health conditions or are at risk for suicide will not be eligible for this study.
