ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on understanding how cancer affects not just the patients but also their families. Researchers want to learn about the health, needs, and feelings of both cancer patients and their family members throughout treatment and after recovery. They will look at aspects like quality of life, stress, and support systems. The goal is to identify families that may be struggling the most and find out what contributes to their challenges.
To participate in this study, you need to be an adult over 18 years old who is currently being treated for breast, prostate, colorectal cancer, or lymphoma, and have a caregiver appointed. Unfortunately, if you cannot understand or give written consent, or if you do not speak Danish, you won't be able to take part in this trial. If you decide to join, you can expect to answer questionnaires about your experiences and feelings related to cancer, helping researchers gain a better understanding of the family’s perspective during this journey.
