ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new way to teach health care students how to work together as a team using an online game. The goal is to see if playing this game can help nursing students and students in related fields, like medical laboratory science and radiography, feel more prepared to learn alongside their peers in different health professions. This approach, called v-Care, is designed to make learning more engaging and effective by using game elements that motivate students.
To participate in this trial, students must be enrolled in specific courses related to colorectal cancer or frailty within the Bachelor Nursing Program or the Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science and Radiography. Students who are repeating these courses or studying other health conditions will not be eligible. Those who join can expect to play a multiplayer online game that encourages teamwork and problem-solving while also helping them develop important skills for their future careers in healthcare. The study is currently recruiting participants, and all students, regardless of gender, are welcome to apply.
