Risky Sexual Behavior Bcw College Students Intervention Program Unsafe Sex

ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying a new program designed to help college students reduce risky sexual behaviors, such as having multiple partners or unprotected sex. Researchers are using a method called the Behavior Change Wheel (BCW) to create an intervention that aims to improve students' understanding of sexual health, increase their confidence in making safe decisions, and encourage better social support among peers. By measuring changes in students' attitudes and behaviors before and after the program, the trial hopes to show that this intervention can effectively lower risky behaviors and improve overall sexual health.

To participate in this study, you need to be a full-time undergraduate college student, at least 16 years old, and have engaged in risky sexual behaviors during your college years. You should also be comfortable discussing these topics and able to provide informed consent. If you join, you can expect to take part in activities and discussions over 12 weeks, which will help you learn more about safe sexual practices and may positively impact your confidence and decision-making skills regarding sexual health. The findings from this trial could be valuable for developing future programs aimed at keeping college students safe and informed about their sexual health.
