ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how a specific training method called Pecha Kucha can affect anxiety levels and satisfaction with the birthing experience in women who are pregnant for the first time. The researchers want to find out if women who receive this training feel less anxious and are more satisfied with their birth experience compared to those who do not receive the training. The trial includes 50 participants, with 25 women receiving the training and 25 in a control group who do not.
To be eligible for the study, women must be at least 18 years old, in their first pregnancy, and in the early stages of labor. They should also have no serious health risks that could complicate their pregnancy and must be able to communicate in Turkish. Participants can expect to complete a satisfaction survey and answer questions about their anxiety levels after the training. The study is currently recruiting participants, and it's an opportunity for first-time mothers to potentially improve their experience during childbirth.
