ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a treatment called Minimally Invasive Non-Surgical Therapy (MINST) to see how effective it is for patients with periodontitis (a serious gum infection) who have loose front teeth. The researchers want to find out if adding a splint, which is a device that stabilizes the teeth, can help improve gum health and the quality of life related to oral health for these patients.
To be eligible for the trial, participants need to be at least 18 years old and must have certain dental conditions, such as having stage III or IV periodontitis and at least one loose front tooth with significant gum and bone loss. Patients who have recently undergone dental treatments, have certain dental issues, or want surgical treatment for their gum disease will not be included. If you join the study, you'll receive either the MINST treatment alone or the treatment with a splint, and your progress will be monitored over time to see how well these methods work.
