ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how teaching nurses about infection control can improve the care they provide to patients undergoing a procedure called Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (PNL), which is used to remove kidney stones. The goal is to see if better training for nurses can help prevent infections in patients during their treatment. While the study is currently active, it is not recruiting new participants at this time.
To take part in this trial, participants must be nursing staff who care for patients before, during, and after the PNL procedure. However, head nurses and those who choose not to participate are not included. If you're a nurse involved in this type of care, you can expect to learn more about infection control practices and how they can positively impact patient safety and outcomes.
