ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on understanding how common gallbladder problems are in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and what factors might contribute to these issues. Researchers want to learn more about patients who are either preparing for dialysis or currently receiving dialysis treatment, specifically looking for any gallbladder dysfunction in these groups.
To participate in this study, you must be between 18 and 80 years old, diagnosed with CKD, and have normal kidney function without a history of gallbladder problems. However, people who have diabetes, a body mass index over 30, or a family history of gallbladder disorders will not be eligible. If you join the trial, you can expect to provide information about your health and undergo assessments to help researchers gather important data. It's important to know that the trial is not yet recruiting participants, so there will be a wait before anyone can take part.
