ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking to understand how well diabetic patients in Reunion Island and France can access and understand health information related to their condition. The goal is to learn more about the health literacy of patients with type 1, type 2, and gestational diabetes. By doing this, the researchers hope to improve how information and education are provided to these patients, making it easier for them to manage their diabetes and access healthcare services.
To participate in the study, you need to be an adult patient with type 1 or type 2 diabetes, or gestational diabetes, who is receiving care in a hospital. However, if you have trouble understanding study procedures, have a cognitive disorder, or have recently experienced serious complications from diabetes, you may not be eligible. Participants will complete a questionnaire about health literacy, which should only take a little time. This study is not yet recruiting, so if you're interested, keep an eye out for updates!
