ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new model designed to predict if a patient’s bowel preparation will be inadequate before a colonoscopy. A colonoscopy is a procedure used to examine the inside of the colon and rectum, and having a clean bowel is essential for accurate results. The researchers want to see how well their prediction model works in real-life situations. They are currently recruiting participants who are adults aged 18 and older and are scheduled to have a colonoscopy.
To be eligible for this study, participants must not be undergoing an emergency colonoscopy or have certain health conditions that could complicate the procedure, such as severe heart or kidney problems. Expect that if you join this trial, you will help researchers understand how to better prepare patients for colonoscopy, which could lead to improved care and outcomes for everyone. Your participation will involve providing written consent and possibly answering questions about your health and preparation for the procedure.
