ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how artificial intelligence (AI) can help doctors better screen for coronary artery disease, which is a condition where the blood vessels to the heart get narrow or blocked. The goal is to improve patient care by finding ways to do this without exposing patients to unnecessary radiation or the use of special dyes, which can sometimes pose risks.
To participate in this study, you need to be between the ages of 65 and 74 and have stable chest pain that has led you to have a specific type of heart scan called a CT coronary angiography (CTCA). However, if you already have known coronary artery disease or have had certain heart procedures in the past, you might not be eligible. If you join the trial, you can expect to have your CT images analyzed with the help of AI, which could lead to better screening methods for heart issues in the future. This study is currently not recruiting participants yet, but it aims to make heart disease diagnosis safer and more effective for patients like you.
