ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how effective a community health management program can be for people with dry eye disease, especially those who are middle-aged or older. The goal is to see if this program can improve eye health and overall quality of life compared to regular treatments that people might usually receive.
To participate, you need to be at least 45 years old and diagnosed with dry eye disease. You should also be able to understand and complete surveys about your condition. However, if you have other serious eye problems or have had recent eye surgery, you won’t be eligible for the study. If you decide to join, you will help researchers learn more about managing dry eye disease in a community setting, and your participation could contribute to better care for others in the future.
