ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, titled "Effect of Sequencing on Outcome Measures," is looking at how the order of tests affects results related to muscle strength, balance, and movement quality in people with muscle weakness. The study involves healthy adults aged 65 to 74 and 20 to 81, and they will undergo a series of tests after an initial baseline assessment. The goal is to better understand how different testing sequences might influence the outcomes of these important measures.
To be eligible to participate, individuals must be generally healthy according to a specific screening questionnaire and should not have had any recent injuries to their legs or back, certain balance disorders, or be pregnant. Participants can expect to complete a set of tests multiple times in varying orders. This study is currently recruiting, and it's a great opportunity for those who meet the criteria to contribute to important research that could help improve assessments of muscle weakness.
