ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how specific exercises can help people on hemodialysis improve their daily activities, reduce fatigue, and enhance their balance. The focus is on core stability exercises combined with breathing techniques to see if they can make a positive difference for patients who are undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.
To participate in this trial, individuals need to be between 55 and 70 years old and have been on hemodialysis for at least six months. They should also be in good mental and physical health, without serious lung issues or other medical conditions that would make it hard to follow the exercise program. Participants can expect to engage in a guided exercise routine designed to help them feel better in their daily lives. It’s important to note that those with certain health issues, like obesity or significant heart problems, will not be eligible for this study.
