  • bilateral knee advanced osteoarthritis or osteonecrosis who tend to receive simultaneous bilateral total knee arthroplasty
  • Exclusion Criteria:
  • hypersensitivity to magnesium sulfate
  • hypermagnesemia
  • severe cardiac, hepatic or renal compromised
