- • bilateral knee advanced osteoarthritis or osteonecrosis who tend to receive simultaneous bilateral total knee arthroplasty
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • hypersensitivity to magnesium sulfate
- • hypermagnesemia
- • severe cardiac, hepatic or renal compromised
