ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking into how post-graduate doctors in training experience working with colleagues from different generations. The goal is to understand how these generational differences affect their relationships and teamwork in the hospital. To do this, researchers will hold focus groups where doctors from different age groups—specifically Generation X, Y, and Z—will discuss their experiences. These conversations will be recorded and analyzed to find common themes, which will help the research team understand the impact of generational diversity in the workplace.

To participate in this study, doctors must be registered with the General Medical Council and currently enrolled in a training program at University Hospitals Plymouth. They should also be willing to be interviewed and recorded. This research aims to provide valuable insights to supervisors and employers, helping improve working relationships for these doctors in training. It's important to note that the study is not yet recruiting participants, but it welcomes all eligible doctors who meet the criteria.
