Low Back Pain Exercise Telerehabilitation

ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking to find out if an exercise program done through telehealth (called telerehabilitation) is more effective than a standard home exercise program for people dealing with low back pain. The study will compare how both types of exercises affect disability levels, pain, movement, strength, and other factors that can affect a person's daily life. Participants will be asked to fill out questionnaires and keep track of their progress over time.

To be eligible for this trial, participants should have non-specific low back pain that has lasted for a while but should not have certain conditions like pain that radiates down the legs, previous back surgery, or other serious health issues. The trial is open to adults aged 65 and up, and there are no restrictions based on gender. If you join, you can expect to participate in guided exercises, track your progress, and contribute to important research that could help others with low back pain in the future.
