ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new treatment approach for patients with adhesive capsulitis, commonly known as frozen shoulder. The researchers want to see if a combination of specific spinal therapy and exercises aimed at improving posture is more effective than traditional treatments. Adhesive capsulitis can cause significant pain and restrict movement in the shoulder, and while it often improves over time, it can take a long time to heal completely. Participants will receive either the new therapy or standard care, and the study will track changes in pain, shoulder movement, and daily functioning.
To be eligible for this trial, participants should be adults aged between 27 and 70 who have been diagnosed with adhesive capsulitis and have experienced symptoms for at least three months but less than a year. They should also have trouble sleeping due to shoulder pain. However, people with certain medical conditions, like cancer or serious heart issues, or those with specific neck problems will not be able to participate. If you decide to join, you will help researchers learn more about effective treatments for this painful condition, which could benefit many others in the future.
