This clinical trial is looking at how the Green Oasis (GO) wellness program can improve the health and happiness of residents living in the Concordia Tsat Sing Kong Transitional Housing Estate. The main goals are to help people become more aware of their health, engage in activities like walking and gardening, and ultimately enhance their overall quality of life.
To be eligible for this study, participants need to be at least 10 years old, understand Cantonese, and be able to do light exercises. They also need to have access to a smartphone and the internet. During the trial, participants will take part in physical activities, gardening, and health talks, as well as interact with the GO website. It's important to note that individuals with serious health issues, certain mental disorders, or a history of drug addiction will not be able to participate. This study aims to create a happier and healthier environment for those living in transitional housing.

Eligibility criteria
- Inclusion Criteria:
- • Aged 10 or above.
- • Scored \>6 in the Abbreviated Mental Test; a cut-off point of 6 is valid in differentiating between normal and abnormal cognitive functions for geriatric clients.
- • Can understand Cantonese.
- • Able to take part in light exercise and stretching.
- • Have access to smartphone and internet.
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • Have a serious organic disease or malignant tumor.
- • Have a mental disorder diagnosed by neurologists or psychiatrists.
- • Experienced drug addiction
