ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring how effective a combination of strength training and neck stretching is for office workers who experience chronic neck pain. The goal is to see if this combined approach helps reduce pain and improve function compared to just strength training alone. Participants will be adult office workers between the ages of 18 and 70 who have been dealing with neck pain for a while. They must work at least 20 hours a week in an office setting and not have certain health conditions, such as high blood pressure or severe neck injuries.
During the trial, participants will be divided into two groups. One group will do both strength training and neck stretching, while the other group will only do strength training. Both groups will also receive tips on how to set up their workspaces to be more comfortable. The researchers will check in with participants at different times to see how their neck pain and daily activities improve. If you're interested in joining, you will need to read and sign some information about the study to ensure you understand what it involves. This study is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to help people with neck pain find better relief through exercise.
