ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the "Alliance180 Program," which aims to improve the physical and mental well-being of adults who are or have been US Veterans, First Responders, or Front Line Healthcare Workers. The trial looks at how participating in this program affects feelings of safety, mental health, and overall wellness, especially related to issues like depression, anxiety, and trauma.
To participate, individuals must be 18 years or older and currently enrolled in an upcoming Alliance180 Program, as long as they are experiencing symptoms related to trauma. Participants will complete surveys about their feelings and health before starting the program and then again at various points afterward—one week, one month, three months, and six months later. This helps researchers understand the program's impact over time. It's important to note that people who have already completed the Alliance180 Program are not eligible to join this study.
