ClinConnect Summary
The Brazilian Clinical Registry of Heart Transplantation is a study designed to understand how patients do after receiving a heart transplant. This research will include up to 730 patients who have had a heart transplant in Brazil, and it will follow them for one year after their surgery. The study aims to track important health information, such as hospital visits and any deaths, to help improve care for heart transplant patients in the future.
To be eligible for this study, patients must be at least 18 years old and have undergone heart transplantation within the last 30 days. Participants will have two follow-up visits, one at six months and another at twelve months after the transplant, where their health will be monitored through tests and assessments. This study is not yet recruiting participants, but it is an important step towards understanding and improving the long-term health of those who have received a heart transplant.
