ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a condition known as Silent Lumbar Disc Herniation Syndrome (LDH). LDH occurs when a disc in the lower back bulges out but does not cause any noticeable symptoms, like pain or discomfort. The researchers want to learn more about how this condition affects people, even those who do not have any back or leg pain. The goal is to better understand the changes in the body that might be happening silently—meaning without obvious signs.
To participate in this study, individuals must be between the ages of 20 and 40 and have been diagnosed with LDH that is causing pressure on the nerves, but without any symptoms like back pain or leg pain. However, people with certain health conditions, past injuries, or surgeries that could affect their lower body movement or nerve function will not be eligible. Participants can expect to undergo evaluations to help researchers gather more information about this condition, which may eventually lead to better treatments and understanding of silent disc issues. If you or someone you know fits the criteria, this could be a valuable opportunity to contribute to medical knowledge in this area.
