ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying two different methods of treating neck pain: the Bowen Technique and the Muscle Energy Technique (MET). Neck pain is a common issue that can arise from things like poor posture, muscle strain, or injuries. The Bowen Technique uses gentle movements to help relax the body and promote healing, while MET involves actively using your muscles against resistance to improve movement and reduce pain. The goal of both techniques is to help people feel better and improve their neck function.
To participate in this study, you need to be between 18 and 35 years old and work on a computer for about 5 to 7 hours each day. Unfortunately, if you’ve had a recent injury to your upper body or spine, or if you have a history of trauma to your head or spine, you won't be eligible. If you join the trial, you can expect to receive one of the two treatments while helping researchers learn more about which method may be more effective for neck pain relief. The trial is currently looking for participants of all genders.
