ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a program called RISE for Physicians, which aims to help doctors manage stress and prevent burnout. Burnout is a common issue among healthcare professionals and can affect their mental health and overall well-being. The study will look at how this program can improve doctors’ resilience (the ability to bounce back from difficulties), self-compassion (being kind to oneself), and overall mental health.
To participate in the trial, you need to be a physician who works with AdventHealth, either as an employed doctor or one with privileges at their facilities. Unfortunately, if you are a resident physician, an advanced practice provider, or an executive leader, you won't be eligible to join. If you do qualify and choose to participate, you can expect to engage in activities designed to enhance your well-being and provide feedback on how the program affects you. This study is actively recruiting participants, so it's a great opportunity for eligible physicians to contribute to important research while also focusing on their own mental health.
