ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the effects of hippotherapy, which is a type of therapy that involves riding horses, on young adults who have finished cancer treatment. The goal is to see how this unique therapy can improve feelings of life satisfaction, understanding of health information, and overall attitudes towards health in these individuals. Researchers believe that supporting young adults after cancer treatment is crucial, and they hope to find positive results that can help shape future healthcare practices.
To participate in this study, individuals should be between the ages of 18 and 30, have completed their cancer treatment, and should not have any major physical or cognitive disabilities. This means that they should be able to fully engage in all the activities involved in hippotherapy. Participants can expect to take part in sessions that involve interaction with horses, which may help them feel better emotionally and improve their understanding of health-related issues.
