ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the effectiveness of two types of exercises—stretching and strengthening—for patients with a condition called frozen shoulder. Frozen shoulder can cause pain and limit movement in the shoulder, making daily activities difficult. The goal of the study is to see which type of exercise is better at reducing pain, improving shoulder movement, and helping with overall quality of life.
To participate in this trial, individuals should be between the ages of 40 and 65 and have been diagnosed with frozen shoulder that affects only one side. They should also have limited movement in their shoulder compared to the unaffected side. However, people with certain medical conditions, like severe mental illness, neurological diseases, or previous shoulder injuries, will not be eligible. If you join the trial, you can expect to be involved in exercises aimed at improving your shoulder, and you'll help researchers understand which method works best for patients like you.
